To access your Harvest Media admin account, you will need to enter a 6-digit code provided by the authenticator app.
The code is not working
- If you are the admin's system user, you will be able to turn off the authentication on the users account.
- Have the user delete the account from the authenticator app.
- Turn on 2FA authentication on the user and provide the barcode to your user to scan with the app.
- Retry entering the code.
I forgot to scan the barcode/I deleted my authenticator app
A new barcode will need to be issued and scanned. If you are the admin's system user, you will be able to turn off the authentication on the users account. If not, you will need to get in contact with your Harvest account holder.
I don't want to secure my account with Two-Factor-Authentication (2FA)
The Harvest Media system account holder will have access to this option. Please contact them to turn this off.
