Creating an Email Template Design

An email template can be created as a 'border' for your member emails. This will present your brand in every email your player sends.

We have attached an HTML email template for your convenience

To set up a similar branded email template, follow these steps:

1. Go to Account Settings > Global Settings
   
   
   
2. From here, you have two options for how to edit your template:
   You can use our text editor to add images and format your template OR you can edit the HTML by clicking the Source button.
   
   Ensure that the body merge field [body] in in the template.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Update to apply your changes.
