Share a Playlist to Guests (SG2/API)

You should have already created a playlist or have playlists available in any of the tabs (My, Team, Featured) on the top-right hand panel.

To begin sharing:

1. Select a playlist that you wish to share from any of the tabs on the top right panel (My, Team, Featured)
   
   
   
   
   
2. Then click the share icon
   
   
   
   

Sending to Admin Users

1. Select a user or choose all
   
   
2. Enter a custom message or leave as is
   
   
3. Hit send

Sending to Members

1. Select the Engage service
   
2. Add the members to send to by typing the first few letters of their name
   
   
3. Enter custom message or leave as is
   
   
4. Set the security level

            a) download or audition
            b) expiry date or unlimited
            c) single use or multiple open

1. Click send

 

Sending to Guests

1. Set the security level
2. a) download or audition
   b) expiry date or unlimited
   c) single use or multiple open
   
   
3. Choose URL if you wish to send a link only
4. Click generate
5. Click copy then paste the URL for sharing
   
   OR
   
   
6. Enter a email address to send to
7. Add a custom message or leave as is
8. Click send
