Managing Members as an Agent

If you represent other labels, your original publishers who have a search engine with HarvestMedia may nominate you to handle registrations for your region.

To do this, you will need to

1. Go to Members > Search Members
   
   
   
   
2. Select the account and search for pending members in the search box.
   
   
3. You can choose to bulk assign the status which will send out a notification email to those selected members
   
   
   
   
4. Alternatively, you can click the edit icon  of an individual member and update the status. Here you will be able to chose whether a notification email is sent to the registrant.
   
   

Note: It is best practice to notify the registrant that their registration is successful or not.
