Your original publishers who have a search engine with HarvestMedia may nominate you to handle registrations for your region.


To do this, you will need to

  1. Go to Members > Search Members

  2. Select the account from the drop-down to manage registrations for the region you have been assigned to manage

  3. Search for pending members 

  4. You can choose to bulk assign the status which will send out a notification email to those selected members

  5. Alternatively, you can click the edit icon  of an individual member and update the status. Here you will be able to chose whether a notification email is sent to the registrant.

Note: It is best practice to notify the registrant that their registration is successful or not.
