Delivery Validation Issues

When delivering to Warner Chappell Production Music, there are a number of standards that must be met in order to deliver content successfully.

If you find that an album has failed the validation process, you can follow the steps below to correct these via the validation screen.

If the issues extend beyond what the validation screen allows you to edit, you will need to edit the album/tracks via the MUSIC tab.

 

Correcting failed deliveries

  1. Select the validation icon on a failed album.

  2. Here you can view why the album failed distribution. This will allow you to make any changes to the audio or metadata accordingly. 

  3. Once changes have been made, you can re-upload the file through the advanced import feature https://harvestmedia.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001213583-Advanced-Import-Bulk-update-data

When all updates have been made, return to the validation screen and retry the process. If the album continues to fail, please contact HarvestMedia support or support@harvestmedia.net
