Adding Additional Writer, Artist or Publisher Columns

To add additional writer, artist or publishers simply copy all columns for one existing entry and increment the number by one.

1. Copy the existing WRITER columns:

2. Insert the same number of new columns.

3. Copy the top row labels across, but change the number, incrementing by 1.
