Territory Manager

The Territory Manager allows you to define how user registrations are handled – that is, to which agent registration requests are sent.


  1. Go to Distribute > Territory Manager

  2. Add a new entry or edit an existing

  3. When adding a new territory manager, choose a region or country for the agent to manage. Then select the agent to receive notifications and manager new registrations.
  4. If your agent is not listed in step 2, then hit 'Click to add a new agent'  and fill in the request form.

    HarvestMedia will review the request and advise if the agent has been successfully added or not.

    If successful, you can return to the Territory Manager and find them in the agent list.
