If you have been set up with a account integration from Sonofind to HarvestMedia, please follow these steps below to retrieve your catalogue form Sonofind.

Retrieve new albums
A catalogue that is set up to receive albums from Sonofind will have an Import ID.
To see this:
- Go to Music > All Music
- Click the edit icon of the Library
- In the edit screen, click the Import button to begin the process
- Once the import is complete, you will receive an email that includes a log file
- Open the log file attached in the email to check if it was successful or if there are any failures due to issues.
- For unsuccessful ingestions, please correct any data issues via Sonofind before reimporting.
- For successful imports, the albums should appear in the library folder
Updating albums
If you have made updates to an album via Sonoton, you may want to update the album content on HarvestMedia also. An album import will allow you to do this quickly without having to make manual updates to the data in HM management.
- Go to Music > All Music
- Click the label to expand the list of albums
- Click the edit icon of the Album to be updated
- In the edit screen, click the IMPORT button to begin the process
- Once the import is complete, you will receive an email that includes a log file
- Open the log file attached in the email to check if it was successful or if there are any failures due to issues.
- Any albums that were successfully imported will either be waiting for approval in Music > Ingestion Manager or in the label folder
- Albums in the Ingestion Manger will need to be approved so that they can appear in the label.
In some instances, there may be warnings to be reviewed before approving them. - Review the successful update by clicking the edit icon on the album
